1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any service provided by gh444 (accessible at gh444.net and any associated subdomains or applications), you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the gh444 platform, including visitors who browse without a registered account and registered players who actively use the betting, casino, or payment services.

These terms operate alongside other policies published on the gh444 platform, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy. Where any conflict exists between these Terms & Conditions and any other policy document, these Terms & Conditions shall take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

3 Account Registration & KYC

3.3 Account Closure

You may request the closure of your gh444 account at any time by contacting our support team. gh444 also reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms & Conditions, used for fraudulent activity, involved in money laundering, or in violation of responsible gaming policies. In cases of account closure due to breach, gh444 may withhold any pending balance pending investigation.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

gh444 supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed securely through encrypted payment channels. gh444 does not store full card details on its servers.

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for mobile banking methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay).
• Deposits are credited to your gh444 wallet within 60 seconds under normal network conditions.
• gh444 does not charge a fee for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and will be returned.
• gh444 reserves the right to impose deposit limits on individual accounts for responsible gaming or security reasons.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals are available only to fully KYC-verified accounts.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. The maximum single withdrawal amount is ৳200,000 per transaction, subject to account verification tier.
• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15 minutes for verified accounts during normal operating hours.
• Withdrawals must be directed to a payment account in your own registered name. gh444 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• gh444 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal if unusual account activity is detected.
• Pending withdrawal requests may be delayed if account KYC verification is incomplete.

4.3 Currency

All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals on gh444 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). gh444 does not currently support multi-currency accounts. If your payment provider processes a transaction in a different currency, conversion charges will apply and are your responsibility.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

gh444 offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented, including any wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the full bonus terms before accepting any promotional offer.

6 Gameplay Rules & Fair Use

6.1 Random Number Generation

6.3 Technical Malfunctions

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gh444 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Underage gambling: Attempting to register or use the platform if you are under 18 years of age.

9 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the gh444 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the gh444 platform without prior written consent.
• Use the gh444 brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any commercial context.

10 Limitation of Liability

Your continued use of the gh444 platform after the stated effective date of any revised Terms & Conditions constitutes your full acceptance of the updated terms.
